Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join the talent acquisition team. Major Duties/Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the recruiter includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending scientific and technical talent for Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The selected candidate will work to establish a postdoctoral recruiting function aligned with laboratory strategy and other sourcing and recruiting activities as assigned. The selected candidate must comply with company policy, EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and Affirmative Action guidelines in the screening and hiring process.
