The Department of English at the University of Texas at Austin: Two-year Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellowship for the academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 ($60,000 a year plus benefits and moving expenses). Annual teaching load: 2/1 (three courses over two semesters, must teach each semester). This position is subject to final funding approval.
Ph.D. or dissertation defended by May 1, 2021. The successful candidate will teach courses in Medieval Studies and will demonstrate a compelling reason to engage in postdoctoral teaching and research at the University of Texas, such as a commitment to the teaching mission at a large public institution that serves a diverse student population, and, if applicable, a scholarly orientation that will benefit from the University’s distinguished archival collections.
