A postdoctoral position is available in the Ross lab. The Ross lab focuses on developing innovative electrochemical and microfluidic platforms to probe signaling during between the brain and immune system. This is a one-year appointment that may be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will conduct independent research focused on developing and testing new electrochemical methods for studying the complex neurochemical signaling in the immune system. The successful candidate should possess excellent experimental and analytical skills as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. Additionally, the successful candidate should have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively with team members of diverse research backgrounds, skills, and perspectives.
